Inside, our home features a spacious layout that accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children or a maximum of 8 adults. The living area boasts an abundance of natural light and the sound of the majestic Atlantic Ocean. The large fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area provide plenty of space for family meals. With three bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a large bunk room, and two full baths, everyone has a comfortable space to relax. The large screened porch is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and sound of the surf, with a bar table and comfortable seating for lounging after a day at the beach.
Our spacious backyard includes an enclosed but open-to-the-sky outdoor shower, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table on the lovely private lawn. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of off-street parking for up to 4 cars.

This pet-friendly Dewey Beach vacation rental is located just steps from the Atlantic. Dewey is a family & dog-friendly town that offers plenty of activities for all ages, including water sports, fishing, and bike riding. Dogs are allowed on the beach year around (time restrictions from Memorial Day to Labor Day).
You can also explore the local shops and restaurants or take a short drive to nearby Rehoboth Beach for even more options.

The home boasts a very large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious separate dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. There are 2 queen rooms, a large bunk room with two bunk beds (each is a twin over full) and 2 day beds that double as sitting areas (one in the living area and one on the screen porch). There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The large screened porch is an extension of the living area and a must to enjoy the fabulous ocean breeze and the sound of the surf. It features a bar table, and chairs along with a comfy seating for lounging after a day at the beach.
